No Return Policy (Customized Products)

As our products are personalized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect ProductsIf you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID

• Clear photos/videos of the issue

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges in case of:

Refunds
